The wine
Created in 1840, Domaine Ferret is located in the natural amphitheatre of Fuissé. Today the property of Maison Louis Jadot, this 18-hectare vineyard is administered by Audrey Braccini, who continues the domain’s expertise. It is now an essential Mâconnais domain.
This cuvée is aged in vats, with a small part in barrels (but without new barriques). It is characterised by its mineral notes, almond and white fruit, its wonderful tension on the palate, and its straightforward and crystalline nature.
