• COMBINE ORDERS

  • To reduce the average delivery fee or collect your bottles in one go, combine your orders and store your wine for free in our warehouse for up to 30 days. You’ll be charged €0.06 per day and per bottle after this time. You can then place orders in other sales and collect or ship them all together once the required amount of bottles has been reached. Please note: you will still have to pay for your wines at the end of each sale. Simply select "Pay and wait to combine with future orders".

• PICKING UP YOUR BOTTLES AT OUR WAREHOUSE

  • You can pick up the wine directly from our warehouse or send your own forwarder. If you are unable to come at the agreed date and time, please contact our customer service department to arrange a new time slot. After 14 days, orders will be sent back to our warehouse and may incur extra storage and transfer fees. A link will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has arrived at the warehouse. This link will allow you to choose a time to come and pick up your order.

• BUYER'S PREMIUM

  • All iDealwine information services (wine description, food and wine pairing, market trends, vintage charts etc.) are free access. A login is required to create and manage your own cellar and to access the wine price database. A buyer's premium is added to your bids only if you win a lot in an auction, either in-room or online. The buyer's premium added to your bid is: 25.2%% VAT included (21% ex-VAT) Please note: in fixed-price sales and in special offers the prices indicated are tax included. There is no buyer's premium to add.

• APPRAISAL

  • iDealwine guarantees a lots on the website. Authenticity and conformity on products are compared with the description provided (label's state, level, special notes). On in-room auctions, description of every lot is made by an expert chosen by the company managing the auction. If we have to modify a lot, all bids are cancelled and bidders are informed by email. If you still want the lot, you must bid again.

• SECURED PAYMENT

  • Payments on iDealwine are secured. Our credit card platform is SOGENACTIF (Societe Generale Group). We do not have any access to your credit card details or bank information. This is data encrypted by SSL protocol (Secured Socket Layer) and go through SOGENACTIF (secured server).
