Selling on iDealwine, step by step:
Step 1: Estimate
Submit your wine list by filling in this form.
Within few days, you will receive your free estimate with a price range.

Step 2: Choose your selling options
- Online auction (internet-only auction): the lower price is your reserve price
- Fixed price sale: we average the price range given in the estimate

Step 3: Shipping
Once you’ve agreed to sell your wines, we can arrange the transport for you. You can also bring them at our warehouse (based in Colombes near Paris). You will first receive a seller’s agreement.
Our expert will check each bottle. You will then receive a final appraisal which will take into consideration the condition of each bottle and any discrepancies between the list you submitted and the wines we received.
Step 4: Selling
Your bottles are photographed and inserted into our catalogues.
The online auction takes place on the 1st half of the month.
The fixed price sale follows, during the 2nd half of the month.
As soon as the sale ends, you receive your results by email.
Step 5: Paying
Once your wines are sold, you receive the payment after deduction of our commission.
The settlement occurs within 35 days by wire transfer.
