The wine

This wine is made with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and matured in concrete vats and barriques for between six and eight months. It has been crafted for ageing and its defined tannic structure gives it a powerful style.

About the Producer Haut Maco

Haut-Macô is a château which has belonged to the Mallet family for over a century now. The vines extend over 36 hectares and are carefully worked on soils of clay, limestone and gravel. Split into over 70 parcels, they are worked using sustainable methods and the berries are vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in concrete vats and barriques.
