This Hautes-Côtes de Beaune white is élevaged for 18 months in oak barrels. It is rich and deep.
About the Producer Jean-Yves Devevey
Jean-Yves Devevey created Domaine du Bois Guillaume in 1992. The vineyard extends over just over 6 hectares between Rully and Beaune. Since 2002, he has also bought grapes from neighbouring appellations which he vinifies himself. Jean-Yves Devevey has progressively established a culture which respects the environment and the individual terroir (there are no fertilisers, herbicides or chemical insecticides and a global, sustainable approach is taken to cultural practices to reduce them as far as possible).
