A lovely Pouilly-Fumé that expresses the typicity of its terroir; can be aged for 10 to 15 years and goes very well with fish in sauce and white meats.

More info

This wine is produced from the domain’s three terroirs, clay on blue schist, the slate massif of Angers-Trélazé, clay silt on grey schist. Harvests are done by hand, and fermentations take place in barrels with no yeasts added. The wines undergo élevage in concrete vats. To the eye, the wine is yellow with green reflections. On the nose, white flowers precede a fruity bouquet (quince paste, dried apricot and pineapple) with a honeyed profile. A well-balanced wine, perfect with a foie gras.
