The wine
A blend created by James Eadie in 1877 and revived in 2017 by his great-great-grandson Rupert Patrick and Master Blender Norman Mathison from a 1940s bottling. A blend of malt and grain whiskies aged in American oak or sherry casks.
About the Producer James Eadie
James Eadie is a bottling company whose origins date back to the 19th century. The blending company behind the famous blended scotch “X”, its descendants today bottle several single malts and a blended scotch inspired by the historic bottling.
