The wine

Paniolo is a blend created by Mark Nigbur composed of Kentucky bourbon and neutral spirit made from pineapples. The brand takes its names from the Mexican vaqueros (cowboys) who came to Hawaii to look after the cows gifted by Georges Vancouver in 1793 to King Kamehameha I, the founder of the Hawaiian monarchy and first king of Hawaii.
