The wine

A single cask (#2398) 22 year old Trinidad and Tobago rum—mostly likely Angostura, which was owned by Trinidad Distillers—distilled by Trinidad United Distillery in 1991 and bottled in 2014 by Silver Seal. Silver Seal was founded in 2000 by Ernesto Mainardi—also the founder of Sestante—and bought in 2010 by Massimo Righi, the owner of Whisky Antique. A limited edition of 345 bottles.
