About the wine
Spanning only 130 hectares, Morey-Saint-Denis is one of the smallest communal appellations of the Côte de Nuits. It nevertheless is home to no fewer than five grands crus (Clos de Tart, Clos Seint-Denis, Bonnes-Mares, Clos de la Roche and Clos des Lambrays), 20 premiers crus and the Village appellation Morey-Saint-Denis (red and white). Between Gevrey and Chambolle, the appellation produces mostly reds. White wines represent 5% of production.
