This cuvée is produced exclusively from vines belonging to the domain (a parcel of just over one hectare), planted between 1929 and 1980. It is matured in oak barrels for around 10 months, then in vats for 2 months. This wine can easily be kept for 4-5 years. It reveals aromas of blackberry, cherry and peony, along with notes of pepper and licorice. The same juicy fruitiness is found in the mouth, combined with a clean, energetic structure with perfect balance and great length.
