Domaine de la Vougeraie which is located in Vougeot, was created in 1999 by the Boisset family with the combination of the different vines belonging to the family. The vineyard currently has 34 hectares spread over 67 plots and 27 appellations, two thirds of the surface being in Côte de Nuits, the rest in Côte de Beaune. The particularly qualitative wine making heritage has plots of Charmes-Chambertin Les Mazoyères, Musigny, Clos de Vougeot, Corton-Charlemagne, Damodes Bâtard-Montrachet ... and the vineyard is certified in organic farming. This domain has reached the highest level, and produces wines conciliating concentration and finesse.

Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru La Vougeraie serve at a temperature of 12°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Homard grillé, Noix de Saint-Jacques à la Dieppoise, Filets de sole aux artichauts.
