  • This cuvée is produced from the domain’s young vines, giving a delicious, fruity and eminently drinkable wine. This recently created cuvée is a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache noir is cultivated from soils of granite and decomposed gneiss at high altitude. Having been farmed following biodynamic methods, the whole bunches macerate and ferment with indigenous yeasts. The wine was raised in vats, 500L demi-muids and casks.

Taken over in 2008 by Gerald Stanley, Le Soula is a domain of a little over 22 hectares located in the Les Fenouillèdes region, which had been unearthed in 2001 by Gérard Gauby for two English wine-merchant friends. The domain has been converted to organic agriculture, and some vines are also cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The wines here are produced under the Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes appellation.
