The gently sloped Bellevue parcel used to craft this wine produces beautifully concentrated grapes. More info

The soil in which these vines are planted is rich in large pebbles, and these keep hold of heat during the night. The gentle slope of Bellevue also means the vines are well-sunned. Nicely concentrated grapes are the result of these conditions. The parcels in question are the youngest on the domain, planted by Daniel himself between 1985 and 1987. The vines are traditionally pruned in the gobelet style traditional of Beaujolais. In the glass, this cuvée has floral and red fruit notes. It is dense and flavourful on the palate with silky tannins. This terroir wine will pair nicely with roasted guinea fowl or beef.

Morgon Bellevue Cailloux Daniel Bouland (Domaine) serve at a temperature of 14°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Pintade au four, Bœuf en daube, Beaufort.
