Balance, vivacity, length and elegance define this biodynamic Pinot Gris; More info

To produce this cuvée, the domain cultivates its eighty-year-old Pinot Gris vines according to organic and biodynamic principles before vinifying it by pneumatic pressing and allowing the native yeasts to trigger the fermentation process. The wine is then matured in hundred-year-old oak foudre barrels or stainless steel vats (depending on the year). Tasting reveals a most attractive golden appearance which opens into mineral, floral, slightly spicy (even smoky) notes. The concentrated palate is counterbalanced by an appealing acidity, lending it vivacity, length and elegance.

Pinot Gris Un certain Regard Josmeyer (Domaine) serve at a temperature of 12°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Blanquette de veau, Aile de raie aux câpres, Boudin blanc aux pommes.
