More info

Chenin, which makes up 100% of this cuvée, evolves on deep clay-limestone soils. Loyal to his organic farming principles, Romain Guiberteau vinifies his wines as naturally as possible, macerates them for a long time and ages them in oak and concrete barrels. Thanks to the slow maceration, the grapes offer the best of their gustatory and aromatic characteristics. The wines are unsurprisingly fleshy and elegant, recalling in some ways the great white Burgundies of the Côte de Beaune.

Saumur Guiberteau (Domaine) serve at a temperature of 14°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Poulet rôti à la crème de curry, Poulet rôti à la crème de curry, Picodon.
