This Amarone is produced from the finest and ripest bunches of grapes using the traditional passerillage (appassimento) technique of letting grapes dry to achieve exceptional concentration and richness. It is vinified at a low temperature then aged for 12 months in oak barrels and bottle-aged for at least 8 months. It offers fruity aromas (cherry, small red berries, plum) on the nose and mild spice and subtle woody notes.
