An Italian blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon blanc that balances generosity with fine acidity. More info

Armed with centuries-old savoir-faire, the family domain Antinori can boast of a 600-year history in producing wine. Today, the estate is in the hands of Piero Antinori and his three daughters Alessia, Allegra and Albiera. This wine is a blend of Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon. The hillside vines are cultivated in sediment-rich soil veined with clay. The grapes are vinified in steel vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the identity of its terroir. In the glass, this cuvée has a pale, yellow hue, exuding a lively and fruity aromatic bouquet. We also detect vegetal notes, a hint of citrus, and ripe white fruit like peach. The palate balances fullness with a refreshing acidity. This is a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth with a delicate dish like onion tart, cauliflower flan, or asparagus risotto.

Umbria IGT Castello della Sala Conte de la Vipera Marchesi Antinori serve at a temperature of 12°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Tarte aux oignons, Risotto d'asperges, Flan au chou-fleur.
