It has a rich bouquet of maple syrup, caramel and praline secondary notes. There is a subtle contrast on the palate, with well-integrated tartness. The finish is intense with touches of nut and roasted flavours. This Colheita port is a perfect pairing with full-flavoured foods such as roast chestnuts or crème brûlée.
