    The wine

Produced on an exclusively granite subsoil, this wine delights with its velvety texture, elegance and floral, fruity aromas of irises, violets, wilted roses, peaches, blackcurrants and red fruit. With a fine crimson colour, it is often considered to be Beaujolais' most feminine cru. Nevertheless, beneath its finesse, it reveals a structure and depth that enable it to age for several years.
