    This Castillon-Côtes-de-Bordeaux domain, purchased by Gérard Perse in 1999, should not be confused with the wine of the same name in the Pomerol appellation. The vines, with an average age of 37 years, grow on limestone plateaus. They are grown according to traditional methods. Manual harvests are followed by 18 months of ageing in new oak barrels.
