Wines labelled "Vendanges Tardives" are one of the treasures of the Alsace region. They are made from perfectly ripe (but not overripe) fruit. Powerful, rich and complex, they can reach up to 16% natural alcohol. Depending on the producer, the wines can be dry, demi-sec or sweet. Their deep, concentrated colour and incomparable bouquet of ripe, candied fruit make them a truly exceptional product. Smooth and velvety, these wines combine structure, substance and richness without being heavy and have an exceptional capacity to age.
