Fleurie l'Ultime Yvon Métras serve at a temperature of 15°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Macaronade de ris de veau et son risotto aux cèpes, Cailles à la moutarde et au miel, Chapon farci aux marrons et aux cèpes.
This remarkable cuvée is, unfortunately, a real rarity. Only produced in exceptional harvests, it is the product of the domain’s old vines, grown according to organic and biodynamic principles in sandy soils composed of loam and granite. Yvon Métras practices natural vinification, the result of which is this wine, highly sought-after for its red fruit aromas and lingering, fruity palate. We recommend letting this bottle rest for between three and five years, allowing its tannins to blend and aromas to develop.
