    Cuvée presentation

Mélanie is Daniel Bouland's daughter, and this cuvée is from a small parcel on Mount Brouilly. Exposed to the south, the vines are planted in pebbly soil rich in blue rock. This parcel tends to yield fewer grapes than the other parcels from the domain, making the fruit more concentrated. Due to its slope, this parcel is worked entirely by hand, including various organic methods that are followed.
On the palate, this wine has an explosion of red and black fruit that might surprise you! If you give it a bit of time, it will reveal softer notes in a true Gamay style. We recommend serving this wine with a dish like rabbit or poached egg with wine sauce.
