    Cuvée presentation

Although Meursault is an appellation on the rise today, the Pierre Boisson domaine is also very sought-after by enthusiasts in search of wines which are at once both deep and precise. Here Pierre Boisson produces a lovely wine using traditional cultivation techniques. Trusting his rural wisdom, the vineyards are managed with care and this philosophy is put into practice in the cellar. In fact, the Chardonnay that this wine is made from is enhanced by a long maturation and occasional light stirring which puts the lees into suspension and gives fragrance and structure to the wine. Finally, it is bottled without any prior filtration.
We recommend aging this wine for at least two or three years after its vintage. It will be perfect to enjoy after ten years of cellaring. You will then appreciate its aromatic quality marked by notes of citrus, fresh butter, and nuts such as almond and hazelnut. Balanced and invigorated by a great minerality, it will be enhanced as an accompaniment to fine gourmet dishes. We have in mind bouchées à la reine with veal sweetbreads, cream of asparagus risotto or a nice piece of roasted Bresse poultry with morels.

    Information about domain Pierre Boisson
