Christophe Perrot-Minot, producteur déjà connu, a, depuis les derniers millésimes des années 2010, signé des vins de haut-vol en changeant radicalement son style. Ces derniers s’expriment dans un style tout simplement magnifique et nous apprécions vivement leur empreinte sensuelle, élégante, profonde et charmante désormais livrée par la propriété.
Le mot exigence n'est, au domaine, absolument pas un argument dévoyé, mais bien plutôt une véritable ascèse, un art du travail qui pousse à la perfection chacune de ses réalisations. Chaque parcelle est soigneusement étudiée. Seuls les plus beaux pieds et raisins sont retenus dans l'assemblage et la création des cuvées tandis que, les raisins non retenus sont déclassés ou bien dans le bourgogne générique ou en appellation villages.

The domaine’s history began in the 19th century with the generation of Amédée Merme who attempted to expand the family property. In 1902, Armand Merme took over and made many innovations in the field of vinification. The name Perrot-Minot was associated to the domaine in 1963, when one of Armand Merme’s four daughters married Henri Perrot-Minot. They took over the reins when Armand Merme passed away. Since 1993, their son Christophe Perrot-Minot (a wine broker for seven years) has run the domaine and still does today. His goal is to optimise the work and quality of the wines, thus carrying on the family tradition. The domaine has 13 hectares of vines distributed throughout the Côte de Nuits in villages, premier crus and grand crus which it completes by purchasing some grapes in Chambertin and Chambertin Clos de Bèze. These fine wines express the identity of each of these different terroirs. A magnificent name of the Côte de Nuits.
