As you would expect given their experience in wine producing - France and Italy had the largest national pavilions at sixth Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair. More than 300 of the record 1,000 exhibitors at the November 2013 event were there offering French and Italian labels to a growing number of Asian buyers who were able to quickly sample a wide range of flavours in Asia's "World City." iDealwine was one of them.
iDealwine, a Paris-based firm that recently opened an office in Hong Kong, has two auctions a month and targets mid to high-end buyers with a HK$740 average bottle price.
