Domain: Enderle und Moll

Situated in Münchweier, part of the Bade-Wurtenberg region, domain Enderle & Moll was founded by two men native to the area and used to the isolated landscape in the foothills of the Black Forest. These producers rather stand out from the crowd in this region since their growing and vinification methods aren't the most traditional. The two hectares of their domain are cultivated organically and biodynamically, thus without the use of herbicides or pesticides, whilst their neighbours often turn to more conventional methods due to unpredictable weather conditions. In the cellar, the wines are produced as naturally as possible. Curiously, these cuvées have seen great success abroad, such as in the US where they imported the first vintage. These bottles are coveted for their soft and natural expression, avoiding intensity, with subtle aromas and a burst of freshness.
