The Sarrazin family grows grapevines in Vaux Rouillac. The vineyards are planted with Ugni Blanc, the most common grape variety for the production of cognac, primarily with old vines aged on average between 30 and 40 years old. The “very old family reserves” are the house's pride and joy. These are racked “clear” twice, without chill-filtration or dilution and left to rest for a few months in demijohns before bottling.
