The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century. In 2010, the family vineyard was shared between the two brothers, François and Jacques. François Carillon cultivates 6.5 hectares and also runs a trading business. The domaine produces great white wines.
About the cuvée
Puligny-Montrachet delivers a pleasant floral nose (white flowers), accompanied by buttery notes and light touches of citrus. The mouthfeel is taut and lemony.
