The Gredic cuvée is made from the Friulano varietal. The harvests are quite late and fully destemmed. The grapes ferment spontaneously in stainless steel vats, followed by a 30-day skin-contact maceration. The wine is matured for 8 months in the same containers. In the glass, we discover an intense nose of fruity and floral aromas, and the palate carries a light and airy texture with lovely freshness and a certain elegance. Overall, this wine has a very dry and aromatic profile. It should be enjoyed its youth to appreciate its freshness, ideally for an aperitif.
