Pouilly-Fuissé Les Combes Vieilles Vignes Verget 2021

The wine

This cuvée, produced from over 70 year-old vines, is vinified with 25% new barrels, then the aging process lasts about seven months. On tasting, it offers up aromas of very ripe fruit, including pear, nectarines and empyreumatic notes and delivers a rich, powerful, balanced, fresh and digestible palate. Enjoy with seafood or fish.
