Information
The Guyot are one of the oldest families in Marsannay-la-Côte. Louis Guyot established the domaine at the beginning of the last century. Generations have succeeded one another and since 1990 Olivier Guyot has managed this 15-hectare vineyard which is divided between Marsannay-la-Côte and Gevrey-Chambertin. The vines are cultivated in a responsible, sustainable way and ploughing is done on horseback.
Morey-Saint-Denis Clos de la Roche offers floral aromas (rose, violet), along with notes of sweet spices (cinnamon), and the palate reveals very silky tannins and an attractive richness. This wine goes well with game birds and duck dishes.
