A 100% Chardonnay capturing the purest expression of one of the most beautiful terroirs in Burgundy. More info

The Chardonnay vines, averaging forty years and planted mid-slope, benefit from an ideal south and south-easterly exposure. In the vineyard, the winemaker uses meticulous, well-balanced methods, with simple Guyot pruning, combined with sustainable viticulture methods. Once hand-picked, the pressed grapes are cold settled for 24 hours. After careful racking, fermentation is triggered naturally thanks to the native yeasts present on the grapes. Lastly, the cuvée is cellared for several months before being bottled.
The bright, pale yellow slightly golden colour reveals an elegant nose, offering delicate aromas of white flowers and peaches complemented by enticing notes of fresh butter. On the palate, the clean attack reveals superb tension, culminating in a deliciously long finish. This cuvée can easily be cellared for several years.

Puligny-Montrachet Vincent Bouzereau (Domaine) serve at a temperature of 12°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Cailles aux marrons, Homard à la parisienne, Pâtes à la langouste.
