The wine

Brillet Seltz is a cognac produced from grapes grown in Petite Champagne, one of the most prestigious crus in the appellation. It is a V.S. (Very Special) cognac aged in oak casks for at least two years.

The distillery Brillet

Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, in the commune of Aireaux. The estate was founded in the 17th century by Guy Brillet. Vivien Brillet created the brokering company in 1850 and built the distillery and cellars on the edge of the Charente, in Graves. At the turn of the 1920s, Jean and Raymond Brillet set up their own brand of cognac and Pineau des Charentes in Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. The estate now spans 65 hectares.
