The wine

A Laubade Armagnac distilled in 1944 and bottled in 2004. Laubade offers a wide range of vintage Armagnacs, currently totalling more than 80, the oldest of which is from 1888. These are bottled only after at least 15 years’’ ageing in Gascony oak casks.

The distillery Laubade

Built in 1870, Château de Laubade was the first property to span a hundred hectares of uninterrupted land. Joseph Noulens was considered the estate’‘s real founder, as he built the château at the very start of the 20th century. Since 1998, Arnaud and Denis Lesgourgues have been the third generation to continue their predecessors’‘ dedication to excellence.
