Laubade

Laubade

Domain: Laubade

This 1937 Laubade is a vintage Bas Armagnac, and therefore produced entirely from the 1937 harvest. It was distilled that same year and then put into Gascony oak barrels for a traditional élevage. After almost fifty years, it was transferred to 10-25-litre demi-johns in order to limit the “angel’s share” – the evaporation of almost 3% alcohol per year – and to reduce its contact with wood.
