The estate has grown recently to reach a little over 25 hectares in size. It is also being run under biodynamic principles now. The vineyard is spread over two terroirs, one of which lies on a ridge of sandy gravel with a clayey-gravel sub-soil, while the other is constituted of sand with a molasse sub-soil rich in the famous iron dross typical of legendary Pomerols. The estate produces 120,000 bottle (of which 50,000 are the second wine called Le Seuil de Mazeyres)
