Tenuta: Aultmore

Fondata nel 1896 da Alexander Edward nei pressi di Keith, nello Speyside, la Maison Aultmore ha per molto tempo consacrato la sua produzione ai blend. Questa scelta è stata molto apprezzata dai suoi proprietari nel corso nel tempo: John Dewar & Sons che fu in possesso della distilleria dal 1923 al 1925 e Distillers Company Limited (oggi Diageo), proprietario fino al 1998. Solo nel 2014, viene lanciata la gamma di single malt di Aultmore. È un vero peccato aver atteso così a lungo per poter assaporare questi whisky dal carattere aromatico estremamente deciso, ottenuto grazie al lento processo di distillazione in piccoli alambicchi con bracci rivolti verso il basso.
