The white Grenache vines, planted in 2014 in the heart of the garrigue in the village of Langlade, thrive on an incomparable limestone terroir. To ensure the terroir expresses all its splendour and to protect the environment, the estate practises strict organic viticulture methods, producing some of the finest wines in the Languedoc. In the vineyard, low yields guarantee concentrated, aromatic fruit. Once harvested, the Grenache Blanc grapes are gently vinified with as little intervention as possible.
The slightly golden, shimmering colour reveals a delightful bouquet of delicate floral aromas with hints of citrus fruit. On the palate, a delicate minerality mingles with the aromas of the nose, leading to a finish of incomparable finesse. This 100% Grenache Blanc cuvée can be enjoyed while young, or after several years of cellaring.
