The palate is crisp, intense and juicy. The tannins are well integrated, and a certain freshness provides the wine with a long, elegant finish. It is a perfect accompaniment for red meat.

Today it is in the expert hands of the Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti families. Romana, who belongs to the second generation of one of these families, is a Tuscan oenologist who has lived both locally and in France. She has successfully risen to the challenge of creating top-flight wines at Ama.
