This domain comprises 15 hectares of vines planted in Bissey-sous-Cruchaud, around 10km south of Givry. Christophe grows his vines sustainably. This Givry-Blanc cuvée is made from 100% Chardonnnay, harvested by hand in small boxes. The grapes are first sorted in the vineyard, then for a second time in the winery. They are matured in oak barrels. A yellow wine that blends citrus, nuts and exotic fruit. This wine is at once mineral and tense, with lovely length on the palate.

★ Bodega asociadaDomaine des Moirots is a family vineyard located in Bissey-sous-Cruchaud, north of the Mâcon appellation. The 14-hectare domaine is managed by Christophe Denizot, his father and his sister. The vineyard which encompasses 12 appellations (Montagny, Bouzeron, Givry) is run in a sustainable manner.
