This tender, rounded and subtly wooded Saint-Joseph boasts all the attributes of a wine made for ageing and pairing with gourmet food.
Más informaciónThis wine is made from Marsanne (predominantly) and Roussanne cultivated on granite and loess soils. It is fermented in stainless steel (20%) and oak (80%) vats and matured on its fine lees in demi-muids (50%) and oak (30%) and stainless steel (20%) barrels. This gives the wine a rounded and generous texture which is balanced by a pleasant fresh quality. The same freshness can be found on the nose with its delicate white flower and white fruit aromas. This white wine is excellent with food and will pair particularly well with stuffed poultry or risotto.

The reds are rounded, dense and, notably, have a perfect balance and lovely freshness on the palate.
