What makes this wine special?
This clean and precise Languedoc cuvée is well structured and very fresh. A perfectly balanced blend that pairs well with various meat dishes (pork, lamb, beef, etc).
Más informaciónLes Métairies du Clos is a floral and spicy wine. On the palate, prominent dark fruit aromas, accompanied by some more animal notes, culminate in a smoky and spicy finish. The Grenache, Carignan and Syrah in this wine are cultivated in line with organic and biodynamic practices, on clay and limestone hillsides.
La bodega Clos Marie
★ Bodega asociadaLe Clos Marie is without doubt the Pic Saint-Loup's most beautiful domain, and among the most sought-after by switched-on connoisseurs. From their twenty or so hectares of vines, Christophe Peyrus and his wife Françoise Julien have achieved miracles since 1995. Their vines are biodynamically cultivated, with long, careful élevages. Each of their cuvées is very expressive, reflecting the full diversity of its terroir with its own highly individual style. The star of this already remarkable domain continues to rise. Definitely one to watch! Read more
