Cuvée Emma is a single parcel cuvée which blends Grenache and Syrah. Produced traditionally in concrete vats, its ageing lasts between eighteen and twenty-four months in oak barrels. Drunk when young, it is fruity and indulgent. When ageing (up to 15 years), it develops more complexity: finesse and aromatic intensity combine. It revels in notes of black fruit, spices and, above all, its great length on the palette.

He is now an exemplary figure in the vast Côtes du Vivrais. The limestone and clay rich soils of this Ardèche domaine produce beautifully balanced wines made from Grenache and Syrah. The entire range is superb, from the entry level wines to the single vineyard cuvées. As for the history of this domaine, Alain Gallety made his viticultural debut in 1974 with his father in an area that would become the Côtes du Vivarais appellation in 1999. Today Alain manages the 15 hectares organic domaine with his son David-Alexandre.
