La bodega Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot
★ Bodega asociadaAnne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, who have been Burgundy wine growers for some thirty years, decided to join forces and pursue their shared passion by setting up a new domaine - in the heart of the Minervois region! This great initiative has given them an opportunity to showcase the rich and diverse terroir (clay, sandstone and limestone terrain) and also the potential of various ages of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault de Cazelles vines. They are located at the foot of the Montagne Noire, 220 metres above sea level, and span over 12 hectares. The vineyards are worked in an environmentally respectful manner, using integrated vineyard management techniques and manual harvesting. The wines are popular for their verve and mature, very fruity profile.
