Muscadet Les Laures is a cuvée with personality. The nose expresses aromas of ripe fruit and citrus and, on the palate, it has a fine balance, with density and depth. This wine goes well with grilled shellfish, fish in sauce or poultry.
La bodega Bonnet-Huteau
★ Bodega asociadaDomaine Bonnet-Huteau in La Chapelle-Heulin, in the very heart of Muscadet’s winemaking region and the Sèvre et Maine appellation, has been producing Muscadet for over 150 years. Today it is run by the Bonnet brothers, Jean-Jacques and Rémi. This 40 hectare vineyard has been certified organic since 2005 and there is separate winemaking for four parcels in order to highlight the nuances and subtlety of their respective terroirs. Producing white wines only, the domaine is mainly planted with Melon de Bourgogne. These wines are characterised by their great aromatic intensity.
