Más informaciónLes Caillardières is produced from late-picked Chenin, when the grapes have a truly golden colour. On the nose, the wine conveys aromas of cooked apple, exotic fruits as well as raisin and grilled almonds. The terroir of schist and sandstone imparts the Chenin with a silky texture. The wine is then matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. Perfect with asparagus.
