Más informaciónThe easy-drinking Bianco Kaplja cuvée can be seen as a good introduction to Damijan Podversic's range. It has an intense golden appearance. The bouquet opens up into aromas of ripe fruit (including pear, peach and apricot), flowers and spicy notes. The length in the mouth is exceptional, characterised by intense fruity aromas.
La bodega Damijan Podversic
★ Bodega asociadaDamijan Podversic’s white wine vinification involves protracted maceration (60 to 90 days) to produce superb orange wines. For the winemaker, this is not about following a trend but finding the best method to capture the full quality and complexity of the grape. Damijan Podversic’s white wine express their terroir and could not be further removed from “technical” whites.
