Más informaciónGrowing at heights between 220 and 350 metres, the Pinot Noir vines, averaging 30 years, thrive on brown soils consisting of limestone and deeper alluviums. Each plot reaps the benefits of organic and biodynamic agriculture practices, producing an expressive and lively red wine, much like the town the cuvée is named after. The Pinot Noir grapes are meticulously hand-picked at peak ripeness. In the winery, the fruit is vinified in a traditional, low-interventionist way.
The bright shimmering ruddy-red colour reveals an expressive bouquet brimming with floral notes combined with subtle hints of spice The palate offers a superb balance of fine tannins and delicate minerality, leading to a deliciously long, fragrant finish. This cuvée offers outstanding ageing potential for the years to come.
